Hi, I’m Lora - welcome to The Soma Sanctuary. I’m an integrative somatic practitioner and licensed skin therapist, and I believe your body already holds the wisdom to heal and renew itself—if it’s met with compassionate, expert care.

I’ve spent the last 14 years as a licensed skin therapist, immersing myself in learning holistic ways of well being. With advanced training in yoga (E-RYT 500), somatic therapy, sound healing, and botanical skincare, my work is grounded, intuitive, and science-informed. Each session, whether in-person or virtual- is a sacred container for release, reconnection, and renewal.

During a session with me you can expect a blend of Eastern and Western healing modalities. Techniques like facial massage, cupping, acupressure, lymphatic support, sound healing, and botanical skincare—all woven together and tailored to where you are in body, mind, and spirit
